Members in the club make their own plan of reading books, based on their level. The minimum requirement is one book a month. Members individually read books while following the plan they made for themselves. Then gather once a month and introduce the book they read. The presentation should include a short summary, impressive phrases, and any thoughts or lessons from the book.
